Meghan and Trevor are high school sweethearts. It all started their junior year when Trevor ran against Meghan for class president in a clever attempt to get her attention. But it wasn’t until later their senior year (after Meghan returned from Spain where she lived as an exchange student for six months) that Trevor could no longer wait to ask her out and they officially began dating.
Following high school Meghan studied Mechanical Engineering and now works as a safety engineer for Ford Motor Co. while Trevor focused on Business and Hospitality and helps manage the lift operators at Caberfae Peaks as well as his family’s local hardware store.
They love cooking together and traveling. Trevor has hiked portions of the Appalachian Trail and Meghan has been to Australia, Northern Canada, and most of Europe, including Spain, and Germany where she studied abroad in college. They also love being outside; spending summers on the river fishing and kayaking, and winters on the slopes. They love skiing so much they spend every winter vacation at Boyne Mountain, which is where Trevor proposed to Meghan just a few days before Christmas last year.
From the first day we met them it was easy to see that Meghan and Trevor make everything fun. The day they said their vows was no exception! We loved working with the rest of their crew as well. Here are a few highlights from their beautiful September wedding in Northern Michigan…
Cheers to the newly weds!
